Dr. Valdes: When I came to your office on April 4^th, I was in extreme discomfort and unable to perform everyday tasks. Bending, lifting, and even walking up and down stairs was impossible without experiencing quite a bit of pain. You requested a brief description of how I was injured, performed an inspection of my back, and began treatment. After about 30 minutes of adjustments, you told me to get up from the table. This is something I would not have been able to do when I arrived. To my surprise not only did I get up, but I did so with no pain whatsoever. As you know I am a charter captain.
