If I could give 10 stars I would! First, let’s start with saying VERY welcoming and clean office! It was my first time visiting this office! Due to my profession I live in pain regularly, but after seeing Kevin Valdes which took X-rays and took his time explaining everything to me, I felt comfortable and now I am aligned!! Immediately after my adjustment I felt a sense of clarity and well being and could stand properly on both feet as I could not when I first got there!! Lastly, let me NOT forget about the staff/reception- they were awesome, friendly and EASY to schedule with!

Dr. Kevin is the best in town. I’ve been to other local chiros that just start cracking away without figuring out the root problem. Dr. Kevin KNOWS HIS STUFF! You can literally point to anywhere on your body that’s in pain, and he knows which nerve connects to what and then he just fixes it! 

Dr. Kevin and Dr. Michelle have earned my highest trust and confidence, and are both incredibly caring professionals. Three separate seasons in my life I have trusted them with helping me resolve pain and structure challenges from car accidents and scoliosis. Most recently, I returned for treatment because I was enduring residual scoliosis pain and strain after having twins… daily in pain 100% of the time (for far too many months I admit). My insurance no longer covers my chiropractic care, however the out of pocket was worth it for the exceptional results I have received in the past two months. My first appointment X-ray showed my right side of pelvis higher than the left side by 16.8 mm! And the spine also twisted. Because of Dr. Kevin’s expert care, I am no longer plagued with intense constant pain, my sleep has improved, and my day to day is so much more comfortable. I can say, I am physically at ease for the first time in a couple years. Thankful for the caring staff and expert treatment at Back To Wellness!

Dr. Kevin and staff are patient and kind. Office is conveniently located. Foot levelers have made a tremendous impact to my walking health. Dr. Kevin knows just where my back is out of alignment during each visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kevin Valdes for many years and he has helped me when other doctors could not. I have complete confidence in him and I rely on him for medical advice pretty often. I’ve been coming to Back To Wellness for over a year now, and I am so glad that I was introduced to Dr. Michelle and her team. I have been going to Dr. Michelle because of my sports injuries. Dr. Michelle is very attentive, thorough, and informative with her recommendations. She really spends the time needed to adjust my body. I’ve also done the tens unit on targeted areas and the low level laser treatment, of which both options I highly recommend. Every time I leave I walk out better than I came. Dr. Michelle has a great team that really make my visit each time an enjoyable one. Dana and Lisa are by far the most kind and hospitable individuals. Thank you for making my health and wellness experience a delight each time I walk in. This place is a 10/10!

Michele Valdes, DC, has done a GREAT job for my wife. She listens, then works to solve the problem. My wife has made so much progress with her issue and she couldn’t be happier with Michele.

I absolutely love this Chiropractor! Kevin is my doctor and I couldn’t has asked for a better doctor! Dr Kevin is the only one I trust with my back. Having scoliosis and with my line of work, he knows where the adjustments need to be made. Staff is courteous and have always got me in quickly! I still drive over a hour to see him.

Dr. Kevin and Dr. Michele are wonderful! I could not have asked for more caring and attentive doctors. Dr. Kevin listens each time I see him to all of my issues and asks a lot of questions to help diagnose any problems. His adjustments are excellent! I always leave feeling SO MUCH BETTER! I have been coming here for years. DR Kevin and the staff are amazing. I’ve tried other places in the area, and the quality of care and the customer service difference are noticeable. Everyone here is professional, courteous, welcoming, and genuinely care about your needs and wellbeing. If you are a veteran, tell the VA you would like to be seen here as they work well with the VA and all other insurance companies to eliminate any additional calls on your end. Lastly, scheduling has not been an issue, and the staff will work hard to get you even if it means placing you on a list to back fill a cancellation.

Dr. Kevin Valdez is great! He was very thorough in his evaluations/assessment before starting with treatment. He seems very knowledgeable and takes the time to address every issue you have.

My kids have been getting chiropractic care from Dr Kevin and Dr Michele since they were babies! Getting periodic adjustments has helped them avoid injuries in sports and has helped their mobility. I don’t even know where to begin. Dr.’s Kevin & Michelle Valdez have brought so much comfort to myself & both kids. Both my kids play travel sports (softball & basketball) and all of us have a curvature. My mobility and the way I feel when I get out of bed now has completely changed for the better 🙂 This was after the 1st visit! The staff at the front desk have been so warm and welcoming since day one. I am thankful to have found this practice exactly at the time we did. I have been in the care of Dr Kevin and Dr Michelle for the past 4 years. I was experiencing lower back pain due to scoliosis. I was scanned for orthotics and wear them everyday. This has been a life changer for me. I was able to walk Sea World 20,000 steps 2 weeks ago and not ride a scooter. I currently see them 1 or 2 times a month. They are the best!

Dr. Kev really takes an entire wellness approach. It’s not just here’s an alignment and have a nice day. He is about finding the root cause and solving the problem forever if possible. He has released my frozen shoulder, solved a wrist cramping issue in a matter of minutes, and has done laser treatments to help my knee tendinitis, which has been a problem for 20 years. The staff is amazing and easy to schedule with and communicate well so I don’t forget, haha. Thank you!

Worth their weight in gold (and that’s saying a lot!)! I have been seeing De. Kevin for 7 months. I came in with numb and tingling arm and fingers. An x- ray on the first visit showed bone spurs and deteriorating curve of my cervical spine. Followed up with an MRI that identified bulging and herniated discs. He knew I wanted to avoid surgery so continued visits to adjust along with a suggested supplement has my issues almost completely gone!! I can’t say enough about him. And as if that wasn’t enough, the ladies that keep him organized are treasures… helpful, supportive, patient and understanding, they were icing on the cake! They are my chiropractors for life!

I have gone to them for years and many of my family have used their services; we all love Kevin and Michelle.
